Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Hoogendoorn Holding B.V. ("we") collects when you use comicstripdirector.com and buy our products, under the GDPR.

What we collect

• Order & email — the email address you enter at checkout, and order details, so we can deliver your download and provide support.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track or identify individual visitors. In addition, Google Analytics runs only if you accept the cookie banner (with IP anonymisation); declining or ignoring the banner means no Google cookies are set. You can change your mind anytime via "Cookie choices" in the footer.

Why (legal basis)

• To perform the contract — deliver what you bought and support you.
• To comply with tax/accounting law (we must keep invoices for 7 years).

Who we share with

Only processors needed to run the shop: Stripe (payments & tax) and our web & email hosting provider (which stores the site and sends your download email). We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Email mail@comicstripdirector.com. You may also complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Retention

Order and invoice data is kept as long as legally required; support emails are kept only as long as needed.
