Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of digital assets from comicstripdirector.com ("we", "us"), operated by Hoogendoorn Holding B.V., Gerrit Voorenkade 18, 3059 VE Rotterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 56271972, BTW NL852051098B01).

1. What you're buying

Digital downloads — transparent PNG and editable SVG comic figures, sound-effect graphics, and panel layouts, delivered as ZIP files. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Licence

On payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the assets in your own comics and projects, commercial or personal. You may:

• Use, edit, and combine the assets in your own work.
• Publish and sell work that includes the assets.

You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the assets themselves (or the packs) as-is or as part of a competing asset library, template, or clip-art collection.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in euros; any applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

A download link is sent to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few hours. It's your responsibility to enter a correct address and to download your files.

5. Refunds & right of withdrawal

See our Refund Policy. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once download begins, with your consent at checkout.

6. Liability

The assets are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the competent court in Rotterdam.
